Easy PB + Chocolate Collagen Cookies And More!

Hello there!

These Collagen Cookies are thick, delicious, and flourless. They are packed with Peanut butter, chocolate chips, and collagen (13 gs of protein). They are made with 7 ingredients and take about 14 minutes to bake. You don't need to chill the dough or have any fancy equipment to make these.

You might be thinking, what the heck? Why Collagen in Cookies?! I have been trying to up my collagen intake recently. I am trying to recover from "supraspinatus tendinosis" in my left shoulder. It all started a year ago, I was at my day job and getting some stuff out of my car, when someone who works there backed their truck into my shoulder. Things didn't heal properly. So, a year later, I am dealing with a very painful shoulder situation. I read somewhere that collagen might help with healing, so I have been adding it to everything. I add it to my coffee, my chia pudding, my smoothies, and now these cookies. BTW, I am not a nutrition expert. I'm just trying this for myself. If you are still reading, thank you. As I mentioned, I am not a nutrition expert, so I am open to any suggestions you may have on treating a frozen shoulder.

In the meantime, I will be making another batch of these collagen cookies to enjoy, and I hope you join me because they are so delicious and have a nutritional kick, too!
